Tragic news: Police find body of missing musicologist
mainEleanor Stubley, the McGill University musicologist who has been missing for a week, was found lifeless last night in Montreal’s Sud-Ouest neighbourhood.
Police said there was nothing to indicate she was the victim of a crime.
Stubley, 57, associate dean of Graduate Studies at McGill’s Schulich School of Music, was confined to a wheelchair as a result of multiple sclerosis.
She had just begun a sabbatical on July 1.
