If Mr. Wosner is as thoughtful and inspiring a teacher as he is a pianist, this is great news for the Bard College students. I judge by some of his wonderful recordings I’ve heard.

Mr Wosner performed a terrific recital in Seattle back in November, arranged on less than 36 hours notice as a replacement for a flu-stricken Jonathan Biss. He is a major talent.
Big shoes to fill. I wish him luck. Being a dedicated teacher means many things.
