Sistema Scotland has been given a free pass by the media, like (until very recently) its Venezuelan parent organisation. It has received privileged treatment from a funding perspective as well. But it is a very expensive programme, so it was likely to come under financial pressure sooner or later. And is it all that it’s cracked up to be? http://www.scottishreview.net/GeoffBaker285a.html
