Aren’t all concerts audio-visual experiences, unless you sit there with your eyes closed?
I frequently do. Although, it doesn’t always mean that I’m asleep.
I agree that listening with your eyes closed can be sublime. But the problem is that unless the performance is really, really good, one can easily drift off into slumberland…
