RIPBelgian musicians are in shock at the sudden death of Wim Henderickx, one of the country’s leading contemporary composers.
His opera ‘De Bekeerlinge’ had its world premiere just seven months ago.
He had just recorded a yoga-related concerto for basset clarinet. For the past nine years Wim was artist in residence at the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.
Cause of death is not yet known.
He was an incredible person. RIP, Wim.
