Indy gets new concertmaster
NewsThe Indianapolis Baroque Orchestra has chosen violinist Adriane Post as its new Leader.
She succeeds founding concertmaster Allison Nyquist, who retired in 2019.
Adriane is a co-founder of the ACRONYM Ensemble and Diderot String Quartet, and has been concertmaster of the National Cathedral Baroque Orchestra, Co-concertmaster of Apollo’s Fire in Cleveland, and guest leader with Seraphic Fire and The Thirteen.
The IBO’s Artistic Director is Barthold Kuijken.
