Maestro moves: Budapest buys Italian

The Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra has appointed Riccardo Frizza as its new chief conductor.

Frizza, 50, will conduct at the Met next month.

He is  Music Director or the Donizetti Festival.

    Frizza already appeared at the Met. His debut was back in 2009 and he is listed as having conducted 68 times.
