New maestro in Seville
mainThe Royal Symphony Orchestra of Seville has chosen the French conductor Marc Soustrot as its new artistic director.
Soustrot, 71, will serve for three years.
He has led a varied career around the EU with the Beethoven Orchester Bonn, Brabants Orkest Eindhoven, Malmö Symphony Orchestra in Sweden and Aarhus Symphony Orchestra in Denmark.

I worked with Marc for a number of years when I ran the Aarhus Orchestra. Fantastic musician and a real gentleman. Great news for Sevilla!
