About 15 percent in a crowd.

No mention of the shrubbery at Glyndebourne, which used to be notorious for frantic rustlings.

      Well, I only met one conductor – at several concerts in different citiies – to whom I was tempted to offer my room key. I never did – that’s just never my style. What an enormous risk – in many ways – that would have been. (Not that I wasn’t interested in the fellow – but really. How tacky. )
