A referendum in Zurich yesterday approved the refurbishment of the gloomy Tonhalle concert hall, with its adjacent congress centre, at a cost of $250 million.
The Yes vote commanded 75 percent.

Actually, it’s not a new concert hall. It’s a reworking of an existing establishment, but still very good news.
What ? No vote for Basic Income Plan. And Yes vote for concert hall? Who do they thing are gonna play at the concert hall?
