Not exatly, Martha plaus Steinway and Barenboim Steinway “Barenboim Edition”. There´s only one model like this.
It’s not the best piano duo . You should hear Turkish twins-Pakinel, Dordoncu. Finest , dynamite pianists.
There was another great Argentinian pianist Bruno Gelber that born 1941 same year as Martha. He leaves in Monaco now. He also was a child protegee, but not known as this ubiquitous two.
There is a lovely video of them playing in the Berlin Philharmonic hall, both on 2 pianos and 4 hands, Mozart and Schubert, a couple of years ago.
BTW here is MA with Ozawa last year (first time I saw him since his illness).

Argerich and Barenboim are just wonderful as a duo in so many ways, not just about showing off. Long may they keep their health and continue. Such a wealth of experience behind them.
Now that would be something to see!!! I’ve heard the ‘Barenboim Steinway’ in Vienna and couldn’t hear any difference, to be honest.
BTW, the Gebruder Kutrowatz in Vienna in 2011, playing Liszt, were absolutely phenomenal!!

Maybe yes and maybe no. My favorite Argentinian pianist is Gelber.
