Ivry Gitlis is celebrated in a chicken coop
UncategorizedThe Israeli music festival at Keshet Eilon will dedicate its concert this weekend to the memory of Ivry Gitlis, who died last December.
The kibbutz auditorium is a converted chicken coop. The cowshed is being reconfigured and the silo is a music library.
Ivry spent his 90th birthday on the kibbutz and loved being there.

A wonderful man (and a great photo!).
