Israel Phil violinist mourns relative killed by Gaza missile

We hear that Israel Philharmonic violinist Genadi Gurevich has lost his sister-in-law Nelly Gurevich to a Hamas missile that hit her house in the coastal town of Ashkelon. Gennadi’s brother was injured.

Genadi has played in the first violins since 1992.

We pray that the conflict will soon end.

    The Gaza strip should be razed to the ground pronto.
    We need another Admiral Nelson, another Churchill and Margaret Thatcher. They knew how to make decisions unlike the wimps we have today.
