We hear that Israel Philharmonic violinist Genadi Gurevich has lost his sister-in-law Nelly Gurevich to a Hamas missile that hit her house in the coastal town of Ashkelon. Gennadi’s brother was injured.

Genadi has played in the first violins since 1992.

We pray that the conflict will soon end.

And there are also lots of people in Gaza mourning a family member dead under an israeli missile.

    • Violist says:

Yes, you are right. Also on another side people are killed. Mostly terrorists, I hope…but still how idiot must you be to put a comment like this under this post.

    • NYCgirl says:

You’re absolutely correct. Praying for a ceasefire.

  • NYCgirl says:

From your mouth to God’s ears…RIP Ms. Gurevich.

  • Simon Scott says:

The Gaza strip should be razed to the ground pronto.
We need another Admiral Nelson, another Churchill and Margaret Thatcher. They knew how to make decisions unlike the wimps we have today.

The old white guy with the beard sitting in the universe pulling all the strings. Mmm, sounds legit, right?
