In the second volume she includes an extraordinary rare video of her 1993 Moscow four-hand recital with Sviatoslav Richter.

No one has commented. That’s a shame. These are wonderful artists, head and shoulders above many of today’s big names. And one of them is thankfully still alive and well and performing.
