Suburban meaning she doesn’t live in London?
No, it means she teaches on the outskirts of Paris.
some Parisian outskirts are very decent – private equestrian schools, old roads to Versailles and so on 😉
she teaches at Ecole Normal Cortot, is it suburban?
I think it’s in the 17th, Boulevard Malesherbes, but I might be wrong as I can’t be bothered to look it up. I used to walk past it all the time, though.
She’s teaching at both École Normale (Paris 17th) and Conservatoire de Rueil-Malmaison (in the west suburbs).
