Marilyn Horne gets her own museum
mainIt will open on May 6 in the Bradford campus of the University of Pittsburgh, showing exhibits from the life and work of the great American mezzo.
The ground floor of the Seneca building has been renamed Marilyn Horne Hall.

I find the photograph fascinating, the grand ladies with those hairsprayed scalps and make-up like dolls, a snapshot through a window of history. How far away are those days now.
