The violinist, in Jerusalem to receive the Genesis Prize, has told AP of his shock at the candidate’s mocking gesture at a disabled newspaperman.

“Horrible, horrible, horrible … That was a mindless kind of decision,’ said Perlman. ‘It was terrible. You don’t do that … it’s so outrageous.’

This is seven months ago… news travel late to Mr. Perlman?

    • Patrick says:

Who cares if it’s seven months, seven years, seven days or seven seconds? It shows the true Donald Trump, a man not worthy of the Presidency.

      • Dennis says:

As awful a person as Trump is, neither is Clinton worthy. She’s guilty of far worse crimes and misdemeanors than Trump, yet where is Perlman in calling her to account? Or is he just a typical leftist celebrity in the tank for Democrats? Why is an Israeli injecting himself into another nation’s election anyway?

        • Scott Fields says:

Because 1) he is an American citizen and has been for decades and 2) he’s a human being.

        • Dave T says:

Hillary Clinton is “guilty” of no “crime and misdemeanor.” Wish the haters would quit with the libels. Maybe they should instead try explaining why Trump would make such a great president.
          Oh, I see…

Yes, the double standards are actually totally priceless!! LOL

Notice how Shrillary’s voice is going? She’s probably hoarse from screaming at her dog to get it back on the porch.

She’ll probably just adopt the role of 0-bama if she ‘gets up’ – treating the White House as Buckingham Palace so she can ‘receive’ her guests!! An endless round of entertaining the world’s A listers.

          • Emil Archambault says:

Wow, your rhetorical skills are unmatched. Calling people names has been a feature of intelligent debate since, well, never.

    • Bruce says:

I never heard of it until now. I agree with Perlman that it’s horrible, although I’m not a bit shocked that it happened.

  • Linda Ford says:

I agree with Mr. Perlman. Mr.Trump made a terribly unkind statements that reflects his own character . I’m glad I know for sure that he is not in the least suitable as President. I’m grateful for every statement he makes and behavior he does, as I am even more sure of his unsuitability. For being a ‘developer’ , he is extremely underdeveloped himself. It is really too bad for us and for him, as a human, as well.

  • Bennie says:

Is this the same Maestro Perlman who collected an $80k paycheck conducting one lousy concert in upstate New York recently?

Well, he is right up to a certain point from a certain perspective:

Clinton is like diarrhea in the mouth. Trump is like you stepped on that diarrhea. Both made cyanide pill a more desirable choice.

    • Holly Golightly says:

Perlman’s paycheck is not your business!! Nor anybody else’s business save his employer and the IRS. Stop treating musicians like indentured servants who are overpaid.
