Perhaps Slipped Disc wants to show that young computer geek entrepreneurs also appreciate the arts, not just elegant aristocrats who inherited their wealth.
Yes but 90% of arts donors are the old money ‘elegant aristocrats’ not the young nouveau-riche.
All the more why it’s great that someone like her wants to join the board.
