Yes, so generous of him to reappear and collect his healthy six (seven?) -figure fee.

  • P. Terry says:

    Reward or punishment?

  • Guest Conductor says:

The reward must be his son is skipping the makeup date?

  • Alicis says:

This artist is generous with his earnings. There is a happy crew that depends on this entertainer..as all in the biz. Ticketmaster takes the largest $$$$$. And to whom does that $$ go?

  • Mezzodiva54 says:

Of course, all the very finest classical concerts in Boston take place at the Garden ….

  • Kb63 says:

Seriously disrespectful to his audience to wait until 45 minutes after showtime to cancel. Such a diva it didn’t occur to him how much extra money people spent on babysitters, transportation, parking, etc on top of the already high ticket price. Then he did it again the next night in PA! He should have cancelled in time for people to at least change plans. I asked for a refund – no longer interested
    In seeing him.

I think if you take the time to know the kind of person he is, he was really trying to come out and push through and sing. It wasn’t until his medical team and doctors told him it would be dangerous to sing that he finally decided. I was there, I was inconvenienced too, I had to line up child care and spend money, etc. and yet I’m not angry or disenchanted with him because I can see the heart behind it. I’ll be going again this Wednesday, because he’s worth every penny for more reasons than one. Be kind.

Bocelli’s voice is a gift from God. No one should judge another. How else can anyone explain him going through his challenges and end up sharing his beautiful gift. Only with God. Merry Christmas.

  • Dam says:

Can’t wait! Haters Hate, Andrea steps up to the plate. What. 65 year Olds never get sick come the Winter?

  • Janet says:

We attended the makeup concert. Glad it was during the holidays.
I cried as soon I I saw him.Thrilled to see one of the greatest singers of all time. What a showman. His daughter is talented. Wish Mateo sang.
