Memo to Ryanair:
When you fly cheap, you take your chances! Let the buyer beware!
Couldn’t agree more, EXCEPT that baggage handlers do that no matter what the airline. Use those air-filled packing materials – used by online retailers for your orders – to surround your things when packed for plane travel. They take up a bit of room but easily cushion valuables.
And don’t buy expensive luggage.
