Sheldon was an extraordinary artist and a wonderful friend. He was the equal of any lyricist in musical theater and had a remarkably positive outlook. He was a rich man, but you’d never know it from his demeanor. He’ll be missed by his many friends and colleagues. We are unlikely to see his like again.
I appreciate your heartfelt and accurate tribute to Mr. Harnick. Heartfelt and accurate are elements this blog fails to achieve.
