There’s a Shaham in the finals at Montreal

The Concours musical international de Montréal has whittled down 24 violinists to six finalists.
They are:

1. Dmytro UDOVYCHENKO (Ukraine)
2. Nathan MELTZER (United States)
3. Michael SHAHAM (Israel)
4. SongHa CHOI (South Korea)
5. SooBeen LEE (South Korea)
6. Ruslan TALAS (Kazakhstan)

Michael, 20, is son of Haggai Shaham, professor at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, and nephew of mezzo-soprano Rinat Shaham
