Retiring as music director of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, conductor Bill Eddins opened a brewery in downtown St Paul, Minnesota.
It has a bar and a performance space. The profits go to buying instruments for underprivileged kids.

We recently had the great fortune to host Maestro Eddins in Rockford to conduct Scheherazade. What an amazing musician, conductor and human being!! Wishing him all the best in his retirement and with his latest endeavor!!
He’s a good conductor too. I don’t know anything about his brew place. He just guest conducted successfully the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. He was an assistant there years ago.
