Ukrainian violinist, 23, wins Singapore
NewsThe Ukrainian Dmytro Udovychenko tonight won the Singapore International Violin Competition, with total prizesof $100,000.
Second was the Dane Anna Agafia Egholm, who also won the recital prize.
Third was the Hong Kong violinist Angela Sin Ying Chan.
Udovychenko came third earlier this year in the Sibelius Competition. Agafia is a winner of the Tibor Varga contest.
