Montreal mourns vital chorus director
RIPThe death has been announced of Gilbert Patenaude, director for 38 years of Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal.
He founded numerous ensembles including the Laval Symphony Orchestra, the Chantras musicians, les Voix d’Elles, the Filles de l’Ile and the Enharmoniq Choir.
Gilbert was 75.
Sad news — he was a fine director.
