The Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris has promoted Baptiste Charroing to general director from the summer of 2025.
He will succeed Michel Franck, who is not seeking a fourth term.
Charroing, who has been head of production at the theatre, is co-founder with David Grimal of the the ensemble Les Dissonances.
