Why not reserve judgement until more is known? Was it illness, flight delay, memory lapse? In any case, fault is with the agency that distributed tickets for not notifying the patrons in a timely manner.

  • M McGrath says:

Didn’t we say this would happen? Whatever the reason for the no-show: When he’s finally gone, out, quiet and still, the world will say “Thank God, that’s over.”

What a sad, sick, self-destructive state of affairs. I wonder if this kind of erratic behaviour is new for him? Signs of more trouble? Somebody in his family should keep him home. Full stop. No exceptions.

When “dozens” show up for your gig…..it’s way past time to retire.

  • A ticket holder of Domingo Israel concert says:

The postponement of Plácido Domingo’s performance was due to logistical reasons. A new date for the concert is being arranged. Ticket buyers who bought tickets from the website of the official ticket office received information about the postponement and received their money back. Apparently those few people who went to the hall bought their the tickets on the “Viagogo” website, and therefore the ticket office as well as the local promoter have no details about them.

  • Lan Xiao says:

I bought the ticket of Domingo Israel concert from the official ticket website, and I received email notice of the concert postponement more than one month ago on July 27th. Those who went to the concert hall must have bought ticket from non-official channel.
