Further proof (as if further proof were needed!) what Russians are like AS A PEOPLE.

    • Nicholas says:

Proof is always needed otherwise people succumb to lies and disinformation. Who verified that these hooligans were Russians? Couldn’t they have been Ukrainians? Remember when Zelensky released all hooligans and criminals from jail at the start of the war? Do we know their names? They don’t appear to be from the Russian military. Could this have been a staged event for propaganda? Is this really what Russians are like As A People? Do Russians act this way because they’re A Subhuman Race and, therefore, can’t help themselves? I humbly suggest do not paint with a broad brush.

      • Jean says:

He died in a Russian sniper’s bullet in Debaltseve where this memorial was erected.

Check the map: Debaltseve (in Donetsk) is currently CAPTURED BY THE RUSSIANS. Read that again. Again. And again.

In other words: no chance for any Ukrainian army (or any Ukrainian) to be there to “stage” absolutely anything.

        These are 100% Rushists.

        Nice try though, Nicholas.
Sometimes truth is hard to accept, isn’t it ?

        • Anonymous says:

Debaltseve was under control of so called Donetsk People Republic since 2016, if they were planning on doing it they had 6 years, and even if it’s somehow true, then it could as easily be a separatist and not a Russian, but we don’t even know the location of the memorial.

    • Tom Phillips says:

      Truly verminous beings.

    • Alberto says:

Are there many nazi memorials left in Europe? Except ukraine of course. It us not his grave. It is his memorial.

  • Elizabeth Owen says:

    Ignorant bastards

  • Jean says:

Everyone is defending Netrebko and her career while Russians are killing Ukrainian opera singers and after that destroying their graves…. Makes sense….

    • Alberto says:

He was an active member of a neo-nazi group Pravy Sektor (Right Sector). Inform yourself. Also, it is not his grave but a memorial.

      • Jean says:

Netrebko is an active supporter of Donetsk & Luhansk. Use Google and go inform yourself

        • Alberto says:

Ukrainian Nazis killed more than 15,000 people in Donbass since 2014. Should she be on their side or on the side of innocent people who are not willing to live in a country that glorifies nazis and adopts nazi laws, like the one on the ‘core peoples of ukraine’. Inform yourself and do not be driven by corrupt mainstream media

          • Jean says:

You’ve now shown your true colour “Alberto” (Альберто) by spreading your Kremlin propaganda myths where you are always the “victim”, even if you invade other countries !

You dare to talk about the suffering of innocent people when Russian Nazi shits just killed TENS OF THOUSANDS of CIVILIAN people in Mariupol and Bucha and bombed down SHOPPING CENTERS !!

These are real facts, not your RussiaToday / RT propaganda shit.

          • Alberto says:

Dear Jean, civilian infrastructures used for military purposes become legitimate military targets, according to international humanitarian law. Learn your lesson and face the reality.

          • Jean says:

Oh, and let me guess? Your ammo depots are “humanitarian aid centers” 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

  • Ashley_Wilkes says:

Motherland? LOL! Such arrogance coming from such a fake country. The word “Ukraine” means “borderland”. Czars called it “Little Russia”. It was invented by Lenin, who was also an impostor. His real name: Ulyanov.

    • Novagerio says:

So, according to your logic, Österreich – wich means “Eastern Realm”, is also a “fake country”?
      Ashley…see a doctor…pronto.

    • Jean says:

Ha! If you wanna know about “fake” countries, how about we start with “Luhansk”, “Donetsk” …? Yeah? Such “countries” exist only in your fantasies.

Neither does “South Ossetia”, “Abkhazia”, “Transnistria”, by the way…. – How about giving North Ossetia independence ?? Bit unfair to have only “South” as “independent”, don’t you think … ? 😀

    • MuddyBoots says:

There was a thriving civilization in Kyiv, as a center of trade and commerce in what is now Eastern Europe and the Baltic Countries, when Moscow was a muddy backwater village. That civilization was known as Kyivan Rus but the territories which are now Russian were only minor players. Yes, the imperialist Tsars called it “Little Russia” after they created their empire. The strategic position and resources of Ukraine were indeed important to the Tsars’ territorial ambitions but that doesn’t make Ukraine Russian any more that Kyivan Rus makes Russia Ukrainian. In addition to your laughable misunderstanding of history, your claim that Lenin was an “imposter” because his real name was Ulyanov is a side-splitter. As a radical actively fomenting revolution, he had to use many fake names and identities, and there is no reason that he shouldn’t use the most famous one after the Revolution was successful. Go back to troll school.

  • Genius Repairman says:

Ukraine voluntarily gave up its nuclear arsenal to become an independent nation. Putin and his little Russia has reneged and embarked on a pathetic attempt at conquest.

    • Alberto says:

You do not understand much in geopolitics, do you? Ukraine had no control whatsoever over those nukes as the control center was placed in Moscow. Without a control system they were useless

  • Guest says:

If you look more close, you can see the dates on the grave: 20.12.1976-29.06.2016.
    From Wikipedia:
Vasyl Yaroslavovych Slipak (Ukrainian: Василь Ярославович Сліпак, 20 December 1974 – 29 June 2016) was a Ukrainian baritone opera singer. From 1994 he frequently performed in France at such venues as Paris Opera and Opéra Bastille. For his opera performance, Slipak received several awards, including “Best Male Performance” for the Toreador Song. A volunteer in the Ukrainian army, Slipak was killed during the war in Donbass by a Russian sniper near the village of Luhanske, in Bakhmut region. Apart from opera, he was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine for his work as a volunteer soldier.

    • Nicholas says:

Wikipedia is inconsistent with the term Russian in it’s adjective form. It starts out as “killed by a Russian sniper” then changes to “killed by a sniper” in the Death section. Since the opera singer’s death occurred before the Russian invasion, but after the undemocratic coup supported by EU and the US, most likely he was killed by a Ukrainian pro-Russian separatist.

  • Doug says:

You’re sadly mistaken. The only “Nazis” in that region of the world are Ukrainian. Ever hear of Azov and Banderra? Chances are also quite high, that the grave was hit by UF shelling. Blame the Americans.

    • Julien says:

I’ll say something for Russian trolls : they are everywhere. But they are really stupid, their propaganda is idiotic beyond redemption

      • Vdarte says:

Half of the traffic on the Internet must be Russian trolls. I hope they enjoy their rancid sausages and moldy cabbage soup, which is all they will be able to afford thanks to Putin’s folly.

    • Prighozin is a criminal says:

Prighozin not pay you enough for posting multiple shits all over here?

ie. “The new fascists are those saying the OTHERS are the fascists”.

      + from your dreams….
The yankees are under the bed, some heroic Jewish guy is a CIA fascist plant…
Berkut & their spetznaz mates didn’t kill 100 students, MH17 was shot down by the Ukrainians..and Kharkiv is historically part of Russia, and Yanu was a wonderful democratic guy thrown out by a junta.

Oh, and while we are at it, we can never know the truth about anything.

  • Alberto says:

    Stop spreading fake news:

    1) it is a memorial and NOT his grave
    2) Slipak was a far right/neo-nazi – an active member of Pravy Sector (Right Sector)

There is a logo of a supposedly official Donetsk organization in the end of the video, but where is the link to the original post? And why would an official Donetsk organization publish a grave desecration? There are still people living in the occupied areas, so it seems a bit sketchy to me. The way to know for sure is find the original post, until then we don’t have enough proof.

    • Andrew says:

Not a grave, they posted it to document their denazification efforts- which are going very well btw.
