Kharkiv’s bunker violinist usually plays at the opera
NewsAssociated Press has identified the mystery violinist in full concert dress who pops up on Youtube with haunting melodies in between Russian bombardments.
She is Vera Lytochenko, 39, a member of Kharkiv City Opera orchestra.
Vera says she is staying in Kharkiv ‘to help with reconstruction’.

How convenient that she found such glamorous clothes and a music stand in the bunker! Unfortunately these staged productions, like shopping mall flash mobs, are little more than platitudes.
