You do understand that the vaccine(s) only prevent serious illness (e.g., hospitalization) in fully-vaccinated people, but does not prevent transmission by otherwise asymptomatic, vaccinated people exposed to or infected with the virus?
It’s all about breaking the chain of infection. It’s not a magic protective shield. Precautions–like masks and distancing–are still recommended.

Wow, imagine if we had something that reduced deaths from Covid by >95% wouldn’t that we wonderful? It would also prevent hospitals being overwhelmed so people could still get elective surgeries.
