The Brazilian who sang with the Beatles has died, aged 70
RIPThe Brazilian singer and photographer Lizzie Bravo has died aged 70.
In Febuary 1968 she turned an autograph hunting visit at Abbey Road into an appearance in ‘Across the Universe’.
She later published a book of phographs she had taken of the Beatles and their key sites.
Her singing partner on the song, Gayleen Pease, also died (in July) this year, also aged 70.
The remastering, sponsored by
WWF, the World Wildlife Fund,
added something surprising,
and touching: birdsong, and the
rustling of wings. Many thanks!
