Just in: Salzburg loses two stars
NewsAnja Harteros and Bryn Terfel have pulled out of a concert performance of Tosca at next week’s Whitsun Festival. No reason has been given.
The substitutes are Anna Netrebko in the title role and Luca Salsi as Scarpia.
Jonas Kaufmann will sing Cavaradossi and Cecilia Bartoli will play the young shepherd, reprising a role she first sang at the Rome Opera when ten years old.
