“Clearly not enjoying themselves.”
Poor kids. I wouldn’t be either.
I hope Jaakko had a positive outcome to his recent brain surgery.
oh dear, they really looked as they were playing just because they had been told to. Dear little boys.
Don’t jump to conclusions. I can tell you that playing the violin at that age is very difficult for most of us, and takes all the concentration you can muster – especially on live television. For the record, we were never forced into playing.
I love Finnish folk music, and you can just feel that the Finn brothers are so steeped in their Nordic culture and history, that even at this young age, the music emanates from their very souls.
Hahahahaha
Great bowing arms they both have !
Jeepers creepers indeed.
gosh, they were like embodiments of the song itself:
“Jeepers creepers
Where’d you get those eyes?
Gosh all, git up
How’d they get so lit up?
Gosh all, git up
How’d they get that size?
Golly gee
When you turn those heaters on
Woe is me
Got to put my cheaters on
Jeepers creepers
Where’d you get those steepers
Oh, those weepers, how they hypnotize
Where’d you get those eyes?”
As I said earlier in a comment that disappeared somewhere inside of the World Wide Web: some stereotypes do make sense, and by Finnish standards these boys look like they are borderline orgasmically ecstatic.
Actually, they look like two Finns having a great time.
