Two other things I had not been aware of are that Ms Netrebko apparently likes bananas and also seems to have joined the US Army.

But your information about the U.S. Army is most definitely incorrect, seeing as how she is not a U.S citizen. She has, however, joined the French Foreign Legion.
Too late, I suppose, but she could have joined the US military. Citizenship isn’t required.
But naturalization is.
Of course, being “natural” is the most natural thing in the world for Anna Netrebko — as is her penchant for haute couture. Just the other day, she was observed wearing Gabrielle Bonheur ‘Coco’ Chanel’s little black dress, Wallis Warfield Spencer Simpson Windsor’s stiletto heels and Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis’ pillbox hat.
Good for her. Netrebko’s husband has been working out and has lost weight. When I saw her in Macbeth this week I noticed she too has lost weight. She looks great!

I wonder if she also designed the racially insensitive one with the black boy on the front (it was on her Instagram account over the summer if you so dare to have a look). I guess the native American costume was Anna’s doing at any rate.
