Wonderful, and full plaudits to the young lady in question, a little levity where classical music is concerned is always welcome.
Superb attention to detail. It’s even in the right key with all the right notes (and in the right order…)
This cat must have seen the original:

You’re easily amused!
I really like the BBCSO’s Tom and Jerry medley. Note the incredible virtuosity of the orchestra, even though it’s sometimes thought of as the 5th best in London.

Mm…not the BBCSO methinks.
Pity the video is not extended to its full 7’49”. I have watched this many dozens of times over the years and still adore it! I believe it won an Oscar. Remember, too, that there is a Tom and Jerry performing the Fledermaus Overture at the Hollywood Bowl that is hilarious, as well as a few other T&J classical music cartoons.
And whilst on the subject, who can forget several Bugs Bunny classical cartoons including “The Rabbit of Seville”, :Rhapsody Rabbit” and all the Wagner in “What’s Opera, Doc?” This is the only full length version of the last one I can find on the internet.

It is weird to watch the cartoon and hear the original piece split between piano and orchestra.
And then it’s weirder to watch it accompanied live with everything put back into just the piano.
The cartoon is hysterical..where is the rest of it?!
this one is my favorite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeoT66v4EHg
It is pretty much believed that the pianist was Shura Cherkassky.
