We hear of the death of Robert Henderson, who was chief music critic of the Telegraph in the 1980s and the early 1990s.

    Very sad news indeed. The best read man in London. How many times had he read The Iliad, his favourite book? Hugely knowledgeable of all things cultural. A true gentleman.
