Professor Gary Moody of Colorado State University was killed this week in a collision with a tanker truck while he was out cycling.

    An astonishing number of stories on here concern people who have been killed by vehicles.
    The mayor of London is making tentative measures to curb this unfortunate, and avoidable statistic.
