Bournemouth plucks Polish green shoot

Marta Gardolińska has been named Leverhulme young conductor in association with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.

Marta, 30, is presently a singer with the Arnold Schönberg Chor in Vienna.

    Dear Norman,

    thank you for the mention. Just wanted to correct that, while I do still sing in the Arnold Schoenberg Choir from time to time, my main job in Vienna until now was chief conductor of the TU Orchester Wien, principal guest conductor of Akademisches Orchesterverein Wien and guesting in other orchestras there 🙂
