Lynne Powell, principal flute of the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra for 17 years, died last week at the family home in Santa Rosa during the devastating fires.

    For anyone who knew her 50 years ago and would not recognize her married name, this is the lovely talented Lynne Jenkins who graduated from Carnegie Mellon. Bless her, and her grieving husband.
