Gergiev’s PR gets promoted
mainAnna Kasatkina, head of PR at the Mariinsky Theatre in St Petersburg and personal press secretary to Valery Gergiev, has been appointed director of the Primorsky Opera, the Mariinsky’s Pacific offshoot at Vladivostok.
Anna has made it clear that all creative decisions will remain in Gergiev’s hands.
Does this mean she’ll be moving to Vladivostok? If so, I wonder if she really sees that as a promotion. (I mean, it is being sent to Siberia …)
She has moved there already, as of today.
