Well, possibly “face” had nothing to do with his embouchure but that sounds bad for a wind player none-the-less.
I just searched for more details, including on the orchestra website, and found nothing.
How is his embouchure?
Was he on a bicycle or motorcycle?
“Cycling” usually means “bicycling,” at least in the US…
