The singer has died, we can’t name the song
mainThe 1970s Jamaica-born singer Jackie Brown has died in Queens, New York, aged 69.
His hits included Send Me The Pillow, Little Miss Hard to Get and one that we don’t dare to name because the title will cause offence, and rightly so. But the 70s were a different time and the lyrics are affectionate.
And having said that “we” don’t dare to name the song, he used somebody else’s visual to name it. You might at least have given a proper credit to whoever faced up to the fact that you can’t easily identity at least the vast majority of old pop songs without naming them.
