The Wagners hire a Communist lawyer

Gregor Gysi, the former East German middleman who is now head of the Left party in the German Bundestag, has been hired by members of the Wagner family to protect their rights on the board of trustees at Bayreuth.

His principal client is Nike Wagner, presently head of the Beethoven Festival in Bonn, along with other disenfranchised Wagners who are paying Gysi to keep an eye on the old farm once Katharina Wagner assumes sole control a year from now.

The poisoned legacy lives on.

  • Anonymus says:

Gysi is a socialist, not a communist. And what’s wrong with hiring him instead of some sleazy regular lawyer who has no convictions other than pressing the most money out of people?
I don’t understand the “values” that speak out of this reporting.

The actual thing that’s is poisoned in Germany, is the fact that all the mainstream parties have been bought by the transatlantic cabal, which ironically sometimes leaves the left party as the only sane voice in the parliament when it comes to international policies, that focus on peace and respect for international law, rather than the bullish US hegemony, all the other parties are serving.

      So true!
Better read Udo Ulfkotte’s new book, “Gekaufte Journalisten” to realize how deep corruption runs…

Another scandal! Bayreuth bleibt such true….

Darn typos – Another scandal! Bayreuth bleibt sich treu

  • Anonymus says:

I don’t get it. Instead of celebrating, that things are normalized in Germany now and the Wagner clan has hired a prominent Jewish lawyer, we read about the “poisoned legacy lives on”. WTF?

    • Hm. Indeed. Apart from confusion of socialists with communists (no rate animals in Europe; mind that even the eagle on Austrian crest holds a scythe and a hammer), as Germans say, “na und?”. What is special in a lawyer having certain political views?
