Sad news indeed. In the late 70’s I have studied in London and I was there more or less everyday.
Anyone remember “Sam The Record Man” store in Toronto’ Yonge Street, that was a huge store and had everything one could wish for. It went years ago.
I’ve always associated my stays in London with visits to the HMV store. I would sped hours every time browsing the CDs and DVDs. How sad! Human contact is becoming a rare thing!
