Berlin Phil assistant baton gets world management
OrchestrasSwiss based Artists Management Company has signed the Berlin Philharmonic’s assistant conductor Christian Blex.
Blex, 31, has come up through the Siemens Conductors Scholarship of the Karajan Academy.
I saw him conducting Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll, he was making alot of big gestures and using a baton for such an intimate piece.
Oh, then he’s talentless obviously….
One of the smartest, kindest, most hard-working young conductors in the industry. A wonderful musician with a brilliant career ahead of them, who I’m eager to see develop.
Every second conductor heard these words. Now they are cleaning WC and selling burgers. “Hard-working” doesn’t make any difference
