Sic transit.

Everything on line – says it all in life!

  • Henry williams says:

Hard for older people that do not have a computer
    To buy on line

  • Don Ciccio says:

Will the LAWO label still continue to exist?

  • Sam's Hot Car Lot says:

    Sad sign of the times.

  • Steve Burgess says:

What a shame, it was an excellent CD store, one of the best, with lots of stock.

  • Jim C says:

Reminds me of how the Julliard Store right next to Lincoln Center has basically gotten rid of their CDs. They were like the last man standing.

    • Save the MET says:

Juilliard looks at themselves first as a student store and almost all of their pupils are happy to download whatever is available. Most have no interest in historical performances. Academy Records on 18th Street still has a pretty spectacular collection of classical and opera cd’s and records and many cd’s still in their factory sealed plastic for less money than you will likely pay on-line. They are also very fussy when they purchase used cd’s.
