Coronation knock-ons
NewsBryn Terfel cancelled a Hamburg Elbphilharmonie recital tonight because they need him to sing in Welsh tomorrow at King Charles’s Coronation. It pays less but he’ll be seen on telly.
Bryn was replaced in Hamburg by Thomas Hampson, complete with tik-tok trailer.
Now Tom’s cancelled.
They’ve booked in Klaus Florian Vogt and Michael Volle.
