The venue and not the staff needs a makeover.
They look like they are about to serve dinner in a Turkish restaurant.
Depending on the Turkish restaurant, that could be a very good thing.
At least there is a smart uniform that is formal, which is more than can be said for many venues in London (the casual attire of the Barbican ushers is really quite depressing).
Definitely a first-world issue.
And Austria barely counts….
