All change today on viola
OrchestrasZurich has announced a new professor of viola. Lilli Maijala presently heads the viola department at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki.
The Hague Conservatoire, not to be outdone, has picked Lech Antonio Uszynski of the Stradivari Quartet as its next viola professor.
And a major US quartet is about to roll out a new violist later today. UPDATE: Here goes.
